Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol. This prevents the growth of bacteria, making it suitable for multiple peptide reconstitutions when stored properly. Not for direct injection — for reconstitution use only.
Used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides: wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab, draw the suggested amount of BAC water, inject slowly down the side of the peptide vial, gently swirl until dissolved, then store refrigerated.
| Peptide | BAC Water | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 2.5 mL | 2 mg/mL |
| 10 mg | 2.5 mL | 4 mg/mL |
| 10 mg | 5.0 mL | 2 mg/mL |
| 20 mg | 5.0 mL | 4 mg/mL |
